Highly doubtful, considering that Republican presidents only support the one percent economy-wise.
What would Puerto Rico do with the big bag of cash? the same thing the did with the other 70 BILLION we let them borrow that they stopped paying on under obama.
In essence we have already invested in Puerto Rico to the tune of 70 billion and recently got the finger when they defaulted on a 1 million dollar scheduled payment to the us and filed banruptcy. So if this cartoon was not fake news it would have depicted a 70 billion dollar bag being given to the P/Rs and then a big middle finger then the storm then poverty/begging trump like the US has never done anything for this country...

Riddle me this sport how much AID did obama give to the hatians after their big storm AND EARTH QUAKE??? (1.5 billion) Did Obama open up the boarders and provide government assisted egress into this country? (no) which is where alot of the money trump allocated to P/R relif is going (in relocated P/Rs in the state of Florida and NYC) where i that cartoon? Obama standing at the boarder point hatians back and trump flying in P/R in the country
