I went to bed at 1.AM and I have woke up at 5.AM and I am still fucking exhausted and sleepy but my mind is too hyper and racing to get back to bed. It's not mania though. I may have a manic personality in general but I think I only ever had a truly manic episode once. Hmm okay maybe twice
