As for the weight issue, I've actually been wondering about this for personal reasons...
I know some women have large enough breasts that it causes separation of the ribs in their backs and other general back problems, so weight can be a significant thing. This is at least one reason why breast reduction surgery is an option some women choose. Having boobs can be a real drag.
Maybe Poca just assumes having breasts would encumber their owners just as a wag wag between the legs does for us. Not always convenient .. to say nothing of the extremely pain prone boys we carry in that sac.
The aunt I stayed with in South Carolina when we went there to see the eclipse had reduction surgery. All the women on my mother's side are greatly encumbered/endowed. But she was the extreme and did have back issues. She actually described the surgery and I was a little squeamish. Apparently the nipples are removed and then reattached someplace that makes sense after the initial reduction surgery. Now this is the same aunt who has proven to have a weak grasp on the facts in other situations so I still don't 100% believe it. Picturing a room full of women's nipples kept on life support while their poor bewbies mend gives me a major revulsion reaction. How can something so fun cause so much agony.
Apparently as a species we have been selecting for bigger breasts and penis size for a long time. We're pretty much freakasaurs of the animal kingdom for our size. You women not only have breasts ahead of needing them, you're also receptive for mating whether any eggs are ready to go or not. We're weird.
