I am increasingly not liking Chrissy. She comes off as really arrogant and full of herself saying stuff like how she's going to outsmart Roark, and is now probably patting herself on the back because Ryan made, IMO, a questionable move. She doesn't seem to understand that just because you occasionally get a break that doesn't mean you're prophetic. The one silver lining in her staying is that she still has that invalid idol in her pocket and I'm thinking (hoping) there will be some fireworks when she starts playing it off like it's real. But I hope that that point that Ryan will have gone sour on her and her attempt to play it will backfire right in her face.
That would be most excellent. But aside from her getting a little carried away with herself I'm kind of happy to see an older woman (a kid from my POV but any way) do well in this game. Must be that root for the underdog thing.

She seemed to have a pretty cool head on her shoulders and was slow playing things, but perhaps that was her downfall. Did we really see her talking to Ryan much? Or did she mostly talk with the other girl? I can't remember now. This was the second tribal in a row where the person I thought was putting on a good showing at Tribal went home. Maybe I'm losing my grip.
Maybe lay off the heavy drugs?
But I agree she was interesting for her mind and seemed to have a lot of potential.

Yes, he gave Chrissy that idol and was able to form a relationship with her based on it, but there is truth to the fact that true alliances are built in the crucible of Tribal Council and he just majorly burned perhaps his single closest alliance in What's-Her-Face his fellow... Hustler? Wasn't red the color of the hustler's tribe? He went behind her back and aligned with someone she didn't want to work with, apparently, so now there are going to be hurt feelings and two alliance members pulling on him and his attentions. It might not have been a great move to get rid of Chrissy because he put effort into that relationship, but he at least wouldn't have one burned alliance member and one happy one still in the game, know what I mean? If Chrissy had gone, What's-Her-Name would be the only one he'd have to worry about, Chrissy wouldn't still be in the game and holding a grudge against Ryan the way What's-Her-Face is still in the game and now has an ax to grind.
Anyway, those are my thoughts on the vote.
Seems about right. Must be tough to be in Ryan's shoes and have to make those decisions. It is a loss which ever way he chooses but for the reasons you gave he might have calculated the pros and cons incorrectly.

Yep.
