I don't think it quite works that way. Usually, people who choose by their own will to save sex for marriage, do so because they think sex is precious and they value the commitment of marriage. I don't think these people are more likely to cheat.
How do you tell the difference between people who choose it by their own will, and people who do it because there's a lot of cultural pressure to do it? It's like the problem of a christian who is one because they genuinely believe what the bible teaches, or one who's a christian just because they were raised in the church.
