Usually, people who choose by their own will to save sex for marriage, do so because they think sex is precious and they value the commitment of marriage. I don't think these people are more likely to cheat.
How do you tell the difference between people who choose it by their own will, and people who do it because there's a lot of cultural pressure to do it? It's like the problem of a christian who is one because they genuinely believe what the bible teaches, or one who's a christian just because they were raised in the church.
I don't think there's much cultural pressure to save sex for marriage anymore. At least in the West, the percentage of people who don't wait are in the 90's.
Anyway, I found this: https://www.google.com/search?ei=4VL2WeP...XryvUt5PTw
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
