I don't see any evidence that she hears voices or experiences hallucinations though.

You don't have to have auditory or visual hallucinations when schizophrenic, quite a few don't. 

Delusions however are invariably present. Persecution, paranoia, grandeur, magical, .............

Does anyone wonder why she finds it "convenient" to live with her mother but won't talk about why? And that she talks about medical issues like she's the patient of a therapist? 

Well I've had many of the 'negative symptoms' of schizophrenia in the past but at least here in the UK you don't get diagnosed with schizophrenia if you never experience any of the 'positive symptoms'.
