For a religious woman I imagine it's a turn on. But then they'd probably get turned off if you told them that you just realized late on in life that religion is bullshit.
In general, fear and lack of confidence turns women off.
General tendencies and statistics don't mean much for individual real life scenarios though.
The first time I lost my virginity was to a fairly attractive girl who knew I was a virgin, the first time we tried I was too high on drugs and couldn't get it up, she had to pay for the hotel room the time we actually did have sex. And I was even drunk then.
If I was to ask "Is it a turn off for attractive girls when you're a virgin and you took too many drugs and can't get it up and you ask them to pay for the hotel because you have no money because you're an idiotic, drunk student with no job?" Then the answer would be yes it's a turn off, but by some kind of miracle I lost my virginity.
