One thing I'll point out is the more someone uses insults, the less potent they become. If someone who is usually fair and respectful were to call me out, I'd seriously reconsider my actions or viewpoints. If someone who is always swearing and insulting large groups of people does, it means very little and I'll filter out their criticism. I think this is sort of the point being made here, not so much how many times per day it is okay to insult people.
I think FFaith was pretty clear with her annoyance for people who use insults multiple times per day, while at the same time, not having any issues with someone using those insults at all. Twisted word salad thinking like that is what keeps stereotypes and ignorance going in the first place.
