His approval ratings were at their highest during the Monica Lewinsky thing, hard to say it would be the same. Plus if you read the link you'll find that feminists at the time defended him, slut shamed monica, said if there is consent, regardless of position of power, than what Bill did was all okay. Hard to imagine a feminist today defending the same actions, or denying the countless other womens accusation.

So what's changed you ask? Apparently a great deal.
