The three "secret prophecies" of the children of Fatima have already been revealed, though the last was delayed.
The Holy See has an article about the history of the prophecies on its Website http://www.vatican.va/roman_curia/congre...ma_en.html
(Destroyed Vatican tracking and Flash cookies immediately after I went there; don't need the Holy See tracking a Wiccan.)
That article includes photocopies of Lucia's original documents in Portuguese, with translations in many languages available. (You have to wade through about two-thirds of the page of Catholic prayer to get to them but they are there). The Church itself points out, near the bottom of the page, that the third "secret" is somewhat disappointing.

About.com has an adequate explanation of the history of the appearance of Mary in Fatima, pointing out also that the "revelations" there are not part of Catholic doctrine and the Faithful are under no requirement to believe them.
Of note, the first two prophecies revealed by Lucia were revealed "after the fact," meaning Lucia could have done some prophecy-fulfilling of her own, and the Church acknowledges this.
Lucia maintained there were three prophecies. All three have been revealed, and none of them predicted the "downfall of the Vatican" or other such tommyrot.
