To quote article 2, section 1 of the U.S. Constitution: “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
Trevor Noah was born on February 20, 1984 in Johannesburg. So, he’s not a natural born citizen, and he’s 33 years old, a full two years younger than the minimum. Also, he only moved to America in 2011, so, even if he was born in America, decided to make it in South Africa for whatever reason, and decided to come back, he would have to have done so by 2003 in order to be eligible.
Pity, since he seems to have a better head on his shoulders than the guys who’s currently running the country.
Did you mean to rule out all the US Dems ?

The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
