Indoctrination happens all the time. Pretty much any time people in authority don't like being questioned, there's some brainwashing going on. Just look at the outrage over peaceful protest during football games. It's protected by the first amendment of the constitution, but some people act like these players are disrespecting the troops by doing this. I'm not sure what football has to do with the military, but I'm pretty sure the military isn't fighting and dying for a totalitarian dictatorship.
