CONFESSION - Encouraging the destruction of individual ego through confession of personal weaknesses and innermost feelings of doubt.

Explain how the ego is good for us ?
Most of this things look like conspiration theories.

EDIT: Most of this things are affecting us without an intention of brainwashing/mind control. Popular psychologi is about finding posibilitys not certaintys.
