That's the way it works out in any government. A few special interests get control of the government sub rosa.
Capitalism is assuring the private wealth to stay with its owner. Nobody has the right to envy those who got born wealthy; it's their destiny to be born wealthy. It's their right to hold their family heritage. Punishing and preventing robbing and stealing should be the main concern of anybody wanting economic justice. Communism is derived from the hatred of the poor working class to the rich owners, it's the revolution of the hungry. They should've punish thieves instead of punishing ANY wealthy individual.
A state like that is a sick state. A society without classes, is an unfair society. Utopia is impossible in this life; but punishing thieves and robbers is so possible.
