I like some films with a strong female lead, the terminator for example. But I've never thought of any film in terms of descriptions of the lead characters.
Is this a running theme with Netflix or is it a coincidence and I just happen to be clicking on all the female themed shows.
I thought Netflix pulls up selections based on your past choices and decides via algorithm what shows you're more likely to click on. You (or someone using your account) has likely made a number of selections "with strong female leads" and now they're showing up in your Netflix queue.
