Do soulless animals go on existing in some other world? 
What is all of this you can only know something personal business. Did the sun rise in Kenya today? Feeding off of our other thread, you seem to "know" alot of things that didn't happen personally, to you. Why is death different?
Your biological functions don't just let you "know you"...you are a product of them.
