Huntington's, Sickle Cell Anemia, Hemophilia, Type 2 Diabetes... I can't think of any more inspirational work than fighting these diseases. I almost feel like humanity's progress in medicine is accelerating. The collective result is so tangible, observed most starkly as higher life expectancy and massively lower infant mortality. The amount these figures have improved over the decades is astounding.
I'm so proud of our scientists.
Can medicine cure the gene pool of republicanism in any form?
