Forbes says he owns well over 2 billion in property. Arguing he's not a billionaire seems silly.
As for his 'genius', he's clearly got some aptitudes. I don't think he's winning a trivia contest, but most people with a couple million dollars don't end up billionaire presidents. I think he has some extraordinary insight into the american populace that's allowed him to get to where he is. That's why all us smarty pants in the summer of '16 thought his campaign was a joke, and his slogans were stupid, and that there was no way he was going to win, right up until he won.
