Yeah, but if you worked there for 280 years, that 2,000 dollars spread out would only be 12 cents every 3 weeks.  So it's actually costing the employees money.

What's the odds the rest of their staff are right now being told that their "pay increase" is conditional on masses of unpaid overtime, otherwise they too will be found surplus to company requirements?
