I can only say Hitchen's as i've only read his book (God is not great) out of the 4 options so far at least.
I have watched debates by Dawkins and Harris though, and I find Harris is very good at explaining his ideas and is always very calm when talking whereas I find Dawkins a little less eloquent personally..
