If you were standing on a set of tracks that was safe and someone pulls a lever causing a train to hit you, pretty sure it's murder.
If you just did it for the hell of it, sure. Thats not the scenario presented though, and you're purposely leaving out the crucial part. If you do it because the train will either hit 5 people or 1, and youre trying to save the most amount of people, then no. Of course its not murder.
