Marriage is silly, I think. But then I also think every contract is silly. You can have me sign a contract if you like... but I pay it exactly zero heed 
At least the Wiccans have 'as long as both shall love' instead of ridiculous 'as long as both shall live'
But I find my love for things changes daily, and sometimes hourly. Would be a pain to break a marriage every few hours and restart it.
