Once a cheater, always a cheater.
Every team has cheated in some way over the years. So I guess by your logic the NFL is just one big cheating league.
The entire game is about misdirection and deception sure. But I think the long term concern regardless of the teem you root for, is you don't want a mix of WWE and Lance Armstrong. I am not going to speculate myself about Brady or Belecheck(sp).
But even the Super Bowl The Ravens were behind in and came back from a seemingly impossible deficit after the power outage made me think the advertisers were calling the owners going, "Stop the blowout, the viewers are leaving in droves'.
I just don't want to see that league end up like the WWE. I am not talking about one team. I am talking about marketing and money and advertisers not wanting to lose money.
The NFL marking regardless of team is always "good vs evil" and "David vs Goliath", and early blowouts cost advertisers money. Late comebacks sell too and make advertisers money.
I seriously will be happy for you the individual as a fan. I know the joy of the Redskins winning. I get it. But this last decade the game has changed, and it seems less about rules and more about flash. Getting 10 yards today on any play is nothing now. I remember growing up it was run on first and second and play option on 3rd and short. Now you can even have say 3rd and 15 and throw a pass and get a first down. Every team is like that now.
I just don't want to see the NFL, get turned into an act like the WWE.
