As I said, it comes down to what you are trying to accomplish by giving his name and location. Perhaps you just want other's to confront him, because you are scared to , but it could end up being much more than that. If you just want to say this is a bad idea and want to share that opinion with others, I don't see where giving a name is necessary. I agree with someone who commented to the effect of; grow some balls, and confront him yourself. If you like, I would help you to question him, and get you point across without being confrontational.
I think it is wrong to go behind his back, and ask strangers on the internet to attack your cousin. Perhaps someone should let your cousin know? Perhaps we could get your name and location and make up our own meme, and you could have your 15 minutes of fame. According to your thinking; wouldn't this be justified? Think before you do something rash!
Maybe having a relative who says this kind of crazy shit is crazy making if you live in a community which agrees with the shit and thinks you are off base for complaining. Getting a sympathetic audience for his perspective strikes me as absolutely okay and more than appropriate here.
