Yay. I can just see the poor bastards like me who smoke a pack a day smoking three or four times as much in order to get their fix. It's a stop-gap solution at best and no solution at all at worst. It's not the nicotine that kills, but the carcinogenic compounds carried with it. They would serve the public far better by promoting vaping as a replacement for traditional tobacco products instead of treating vaping as 'just ad bad' as smoking despite at least one study evidencing a harm level 95% lower than traditional tobacco.
