Remove Vulgar Thread Titles

Cunt is not objectively overly vulgar. Some people use it as a normal swear word. I don’t see it as any more vulgar than the word shit

Cunt is one of the bestest words ever when used to describe (but not limited to) those in the following list.
1) A contemptible wanker.
2) A complete retard.
3) A fucking idiot.
4) An absolute bastard.
5) The pontiff.
6) George Gallup.
7) Traffic wardens.*

And all others who displease me. For whatever reason.
I never ever use the word with reference to a ladies  ruby fruit forest.
That would be vulgar.
