Depends entirely on the God. Is he a nice God or is he the God of the Bible or Quran?

You specified only one thing different, state what that one thing is, and then appear to be asking what else is different. What Gives!
No you see this universe doesn't have a God in it so he's asking what a universe with a God in it would be like. Sheesh! Keep up! Next you'll be telling me you're one of those nutty religious people or something. This is the year 4047 for christ sake, everyone has stopped believing in God now because they realize it was a mere B12 deficiency.
