There's a difference between being transphobic and having a preference about your sexual partners. I wouldn't date a man who used to be a woman. It's not because I have a problem with their situation. It seems rather tragic and difficult to have to go through. I'm simply not into it. I'm sure any trans person would rather not be with someone who was hesitant about it anyway. If I wanted to date a guy who was into blondes, I'd understand when he wasn't into me.
