I am not able to figure this 'more likely than not' either.
Its one of the reasons that even when I was a Christian the KCA. made little sense to me.
To me it always relied deeply on a pre existing belief in a god who caused things. Personally I never understood the leap to a god, or intelligence of any type, even though at the time I believed in a god.
