Seems like most movies are "atheist friendly", unless atheist friendly actually means anti religion instead of just non religious.
I think this is more like movies that would appeal to atheists. You don't ever see movies about atheist topics, but you see plenty of religious movies. There are two opening this week alone.
As I've been told, atheism isn't anything except lack of belief. It isn't opposition to religion, it's simply an absence of it, from what I understand. So I'm not sure what "atheist topics" would even be in the first place, besides just topics that don't involve/promote religion lol. Most movies don't. That's what I meant.
.
I guess if we wanna say "anti theist topics" and "anti theist movies", that would make more sense, because there's actually a principle involved.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
