Far from a "useless argument": I'm merely being accurate. A disorder isn't just anything under the sun that negatively impacts your ability to function in society, there's far more nuance to it than that (psychiatrists and psychopathologists don't just come up with these things on the spot, pulling them out of their arse at random). Being a serial killer negatively impacts those things, but there is no being-a-serial-killer-disorder: instead there are many different disorders that can indeed increase the likelihood of serial killing.
Pedophillia and child molestation are by no means the same thing. Just as fantasies about raping someone and actually going ahead and raping someone are not the same thing, and murdering a bunch of people and having psychopathy are not the same thing.
My point is that whereas I'll agree that pedophilia is a disorder, actually raping someone whether they're a child or an adult... is not simply a "disorder". The same applies to murder or any other extremely violent crime. There can be many causes of all the most horrible actions, and by brushing it all off as a "disorder" you are not only yourself making a uselessly unsophisticated analysis (if we can even call how you've thought this through an "analysis"), but you're oversimplifying very serious issues.
