I don't think you have to be a doctor of psychology to figure out that he has some deeply seeded conflicts with his own sexuality. People often hate others for what they also hate in themselves. Who knows what goes on in this crazy dudes head. What troubles me is that there are people who follow him. He's a cult leader and must be stopped. It's classic folie a plusieurs, and it's really quite dangerous.
Most of the other people in his church are blood relatives with a handful of converts, although I'm sure there are those outside his congregation who approve of him (silently or otherwise).
