Now that my position on faith is clear...
Religion is very organized, but also very fractured. Fortunately, each fracture weakens the overall structure further. A lack of belief, on the other hand, is much more resistant to fractures as there is little room for differing opinions of god amongst atheists. This is a good thing; it makes us much harder to fracture than religion.
I intend, however, mostly because I am bored, to find a cult of science, complete with parodical rituals. If my 'religious views' section of my profile change over the next few days to display the name of some strange cult or mythological deity, you can assume this is the reason. lol
Also, more people need to start new posts, because I've been staring at essentially the same topics for a week.
The closest one I'm aware of is "scientology" and the only thing it has in common with science is the first 5 letters of the name.
