Seems to me if they cared about minorities they'd hire minorities for the top positions and put themselves out of jobs. Unless you think there aren't enough minorities who are both qualified, and value the SPLC's work.

It's actually possible to look at their current docket of pending cases, as well as those cases they have pursued in the past, to see where they stand . . . you know, just in case you really want to get into a pissing match over who better values minorities -- the SPLC or those shit-kicker faux intellectuals you seem drawn to. Good luck with that.
As for their hiring practices, I'm neither privy to what goes on there nor do I have inside information about their pool of applicants. And neither do you. So, your point?
