The point you think you’re making here is invalid, because you’re conflating the likelihood of these two claims as equally probable. Extraordinary claims demand the highest caliber of evidence to be rationally accepted as true. According to what? If a person chooses to believe an "extraordinary claim" that's their prerogative.

The criminal justice system however is supposed to afford everyone a fair trial.

A motion filed late Friday afternoon says the man, who was elected as Juror 11, said, "I just think he's guilty, so we can all be done and get out of here," during the jury selection process.
Another prospective juror, who was ultimately not selected, says she heard the comment while a small group of jurors were waiting be individually questioned by the judge, the defense says.

This Juror was clearly not impartial and should of been dismissed by the judge but was not.

Andrea Constand once said she could fabricate sexual assault claims against a celebrity for financial gain, a key defense witness testified Wednesday in Bill Cosby's sexual assault trial.

Marguerite Jackson, who worked at Temple University with Constand, told jurors in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania that the two shared a room during a basketball trip to Rhode Island in February 2004. While watching a news report about a celebrity accused of drugging and sexually assaulting someone, Constand said "something similar happened to me," said Jackson, one of several defense witnesses.

"I was like, 'Really, who? When?" Jackson recounted.

"She said 'she wasn't going to say,' and I said, 'Did you report it?'"

Constand said she did not report the claim "because I couldn't prove it," according to Jackson.

After Jackson asked her if it was true a third time, Constand said it was not but she could say it was.

"I could file a civil suit, get that money, quit my job, go back to school, and start a business," Constand said, according to Jackson.

Like I said, the trial was a farce.

So, to you, one person’s testimony of something one other person allegedly said is enough to persuade you that almost sixty women co-conspired to ruin Bill Cosby with accusations that span across thirty years?
