No. It's humans labelling it A, C, T & G. These are actually distinct chemical structures. Again, your argument boils down to pointing at something, saying it's information and therefore because it's information that must mean that there is a god.

Yes, those are chemicals named by humans, I know that.  So are 0s and 1s in binary digital code.  This is still digital code regardless of the letter types assigned.  It is genetic information which ultimately encodes for proteins.
