That would just push the problem back one step further.  That intelligence would still need a designer.  The entire universe is designed.  The universe, in the beginning, had infinite curvature which means it had no space.  How much matter can no space hold?  Exactly, zero.  Additionally, the universe is fine-tuned to un-imaginable degrees.  One independent constant out of about 30 of them alone has a 1:10^120 probability.  There have only been 10^16 seconds since the Big Bang and there are 10^80 atoms in the known universe to give an idea of scale.

LOL, Martian Jehovah seeds life on Earth by a random rock that is first blown off Mars and then wanders around the Solar system until it hits our planet and 4 billion years later the Chosen people come along.
