I've read it cover to cover twice and selected parts many times. I've found it lacking, very lacking.

Firstly no that would be Christian regimes Hitler was a catholic for example and the holy wars in Europe went on for centuries killing millions.
Secondly any deaths by regimes that happen to be atheist are not done in the name of no god.
Stalin was a tyrant and killed to maintain power, this is different from killing in the name of nuggan.
