Explain how all the transport systems work. Explain the sequences of operation, the communication protocol, the operations of the machines, the assembly instructions, energy harvesting,.... Please explain how this all happened naturally.

The DNA that was formally referred to as "junk DNA" is no longer junk DNA. It is non-coding DNA. It acts like an operating system (over 85 percent of the DNA). 3 percent is used for coding.
