Yes, for the flagellum but the pump is still irreducibly complex. Other molecular machines are still irreducibly complex.
Not moving the goal post. What is under the pump? I am sure the components can be used in other machines like I previously said. For instance, I am sure the union could be used for another machine. I would guess the propellar of the flagellum is used by other machines,......
