Not according to CDF47. God apparently designs each new snowflake falling around the world when he could easily have all snowflakes the same.
Think about how many snowflakes there are being formed and falling in the world at any one time.

The machine to right the code on and the advanced code does not write itself. I had computer programming class in engineering school and I always had to write the programs myself.
God is providential over the universe and He is all powerful and all knowing. Think of a computer that can count the stats of anything you would like it to just by programming it in. Similarly, God knows all in the true reality.

It was God's will that I would receive the gift of faith in my lifetime. I then make the free will choice to accept His amazing free gift of salvation.
