So that 'analogy' is not exactly helpful.
Just an analogy. It is helpful, that is how He can control every molecule in the universe as He chooses. A supercomputer could count the number of hairs on the head of a created character in the universe that was built in it. Similar for God who can count the number of hairs on our head.
A rather prescient analogy, I might add. Since God is omniscient, he always knows what is the best thing to do at any instant, by definition. Thus God doesn't need to be intelligent, and indeed, being intelligent would be a hindrance to his acting efficiently. Since acting less efficiently than possible is an imperfection, God cannot be intelligent, as that would mean he is not perfect. So the necessary conclusion of Christian theology is that God is an automaton, mindlessly carrying out the actions which his omniscience dictates that he perform.
So, yes, your God is very much like a super computer.
