No, I said before that evil existed before the fall because obviously the devil was here to tempt Eve in the Garden of Eden and the tree of knowledge of good and evil existed.
Sometimes it is miraculous healing and sometimes it is through medicine and doctors. That's all.
I had to work hard for my degree too. God worked to construct the universe and hold it together. We have to work in this life time.
Not in that sense He isn't. He is not automated. He is the ultimate reality, the primordial One, and true and living God.
If I had to do all the hard work to get my qualifications, why should your deity get ANY credit for the work I do with those skills?
You wouldn't even exist without Him. All glory is to God.
