If they do not die He has healed them. Why does this simple fact elude you?

For whatever reason that we cannot know in our extremely limited knowledge and limited view, God has deemed it better to make this a natural world without supernatural divine intervention. The next life will be different.
If God didn't remove the holes in Jesus side and hands when he was reborn, what hope do I have that he will restore my lost fingers when I am reborn?
First of all you have never been reborn, that happens in this life in the act of God's grace upon those who accept Jesus Christ as their savior. When Jesus was resurrected His body knew no decay so he was raised as He was. When the saved are resurrected we will be given new bodies to replace the corrupted one, we may or may not have the same physical appearance as we had before our physical death but our new bodies will be perfect in all ways. For those who do not receive salvation, well I just do not know what those bodies will be like, but I'm rather sure they will not be perfect.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
