Judah could not drive out the chariots.  If God used His almighty power He could have driven them out.

No, killing children is murder unless it is done in self-defense.  No, it is not just to kill babes in arms.  Children die due to sin and the fall of man.  

No, human sacrifice is not just except when God sacrificed Himself as the Son of Man.

Essentially then exactly the same as no god. no jesus and no fall, but an evolution of mankind who then went and made silly stories up.
