I read it one time cover to cover and I study it all the time.  My mother taught me from the Bible when I was 3 years old.  I went to Catholic high school.  I was born and raised Christian.  I almost turned into a deist before returning to Christianity at one point.  As a child I was almost swayed aside as well by an older friend who was an atheist.  I always came back to the Lord.
