The counter apologetics I read from atheists are pretty horrible so I was originally probably correct that the book sucks.

Nope counter apologetics as a whole have buried christianity Completely as a viable worldview . And apologist literature is a total joke and should be placed in fiction section .And as i said as a primer Dawkins book is alright .  

Dawkins is a head sock puppet speaker for the atheist scientists, and like I said, I cannot take anything he says seriously.

Dawkins is a speaker for REAL science and REAL science education . And the fact you don't take him seriously says more about you then him . But considering the con men and scientific illiterate nobs you suck up to that says it all really .
