Everyone knows there is an agenda against ID.  How many times has this gone to court.

You mean how many times have ID proponents tried to sneak their teachings into public education textbooks and been slapped down for trying to teach false science to credulous schoolchildren so they can try to brainwash other people's kids?

Note that no other 'science' does this. You don't catch zoologists trying to smuggle their findings into the public schools system. They publish and if their findings are accepted by the wider scientific community to a degree that they wind up in textbooks, so be it; and if not, so be it. If they think their stuff should be in textbooks and it's not, it's other scientists they try to convince, not children. But ID does things differently...because they are driven by their religious convictions, not their scientific ones, if they have any.
