Which fucking moron chooses to wage war on all other major powers at once?

I am trying to determine if what is happening has ever had any historic precedent.

When had it ever happened that a country chose to pick fights, simultaneously, with major opponents in all four cardinal directions?

To the east we have the EU. to the west we have China, to the north we have Canada and to the south we have Mexico.

We had a amazing run of 73 years during which we managed to not declare trade against any allies. That is bound to end.

Generations thousands of years hence will look back upon the United States and insist it was not a real country but a made up story to illustrate the stupidity of men.
